Custom Fiberglass stake
Fiberglass stakes built to pair with vine shelters — they flex instead of snapping, with no splinters or dust.
High-quality fiberglass stakes designed to pair with vine shelters—exceptional toughness that bends without snapping, and unlike traditional materials, they produce no harmful dust or splinters when flexed or cut, keeping your crew safe in the field.
A fiberglass stake is used together with a vine shelter to carry the young plant through its first seasons, and it has to bend under load rather than break.
Unlike traditional stake materials, flexed or cut fiberglass does not release harmful dust or splinters into the field, which matters for the crew handling it. We produce the stakes in our own factory in Jinhua, China, to your own specification.
What you can specify
- Diameter and profile
- Selected for the shelter it has to carry and the wind load in your region, then confirmed with you in writing.
- Length
- Produced in the lengths your planting practice needs, or cut to your own requirement.
- Resin and finish
- Surface finish specified for UV exposure and the number of seasons you expect from the stake.
- Colour
- Produced against your own colour reference so the stake matches your shelter and your range.
- Packing
- Bundled for container loading, or packed to your own artwork, label and barcode requirements.
- Branding
- Your brand on the bundle label and packaging — send your artwork and we will confirm what is feasible.
- Complementary parts
- Shelters, tubes and ties can be quoted on the same coordinated order, so the planting kit arrives together.
Nothing on this page is a fixed catalogue size. Send your requirement and the specification is confirmed with you in writing before production starts.
Made under one roof
Wire coating, metal forming and export packing all happen in our own factory in Jinhua, Zhejiang — nothing is outsourced. Because we run the coating and forming lines ourselves, we can adjust a specification for a single order instead of forcing you into a catalogue size.
That is the difference between buying fiberglass stake and buying fiberglass stake made for your vineyard: the specification is yours, and the people who make it are the people who answer your questions.
How your order is specified
- Send your requirement — A drawing, a physical sample, or a written description of how the part will be used in the field.
- We confirm the specification in writing — Material, coating, dimensions, length and packing — agreed with you, then quoted against that specification rather than a catalogue size.
- A sample for your approval — For custom orders a sample is produced and sent for your approval before mass production runs. Production only starts once you confirm it matches what you need.
- Production on our own lines — Coating, forming and assembly run in-house, with checks through each stage.
- Inspection, packing and shipping — Final inspection and photographs before packing, export packing built around the container, then freight coordinated to your port.
Lead time is confirmed with your quotation, once the specification and order quantity are fixed. We do not quote a blanket lead time, because it depends on the specification — a bespoke coating or a new forming die takes longer than a repeat order.
Where it is used
- Vine shelters and grow tubes in new vineyard plantings
- Orchard and nursery support for young trees
- Windbreak and training systems where flex matters
- Retail and distributor planting-kit ranges
Quality control and packing
Incoming material is checked before production, with in-process checks during coating and forming. Before packing, every order goes through a final inspection and we share photographs with you so you can see the goods before they leave the factory.
Export packing is built around the container — coil, reel, carton, bundle or pallet options, packed to suit your container loading and the way your warehouse handles goods on arrival. Packing can be plain export standard, or produced to your own artwork, label and barcode requirements.
Talk to the factory, not a middleman
You deal directly with the people who make it. Every enquiry is answered personally — not by a call centre, and not by a trading desk.
If an issue arises after delivery, we handle it with you directly: there is no third party in between. Send your drawing, sample or specification and we will come back with a quotation and a production plan.

Common questions about custom orders
- Can you manufacture to our drawing or sample?
- Yes. Send us a drawing, a physical sample or even a written description of how the part will be used in the field. We review it, confirm what we can produce, and come back to you with a quotation and a production plan against your own specification rather than a catalogue size.
- What is your minimum order quantity?
- Our minimum order quantity is set by the specification, not by a fixed rule. A custom dimension, a special coating or bespoke packing changes the economical run length, so we confirm the MOQ together with your quotation — and we will always tell you which part of your requirement is driving it.
- How is lead time determined for a custom order?
- Lead time is confirmed with your quotation, once the specification and order quantity are fixed. It depends on what has to be produced specifically for you — a bespoke coating or a new forming die takes longer than a repeat order — so we quote a lead time against your actual specification rather than a blanket number that may not apply to your order.
- Can you send a sample before mass production?
- Yes. For custom orders we produce a sample for your approval before mass production. You check it, and production only starts once you confirm it matches what you need. Sample cost and timing are confirmed when you order.
- Do you provide inspection reports and photos before shipment?
- Yes. Every order goes through a final inspection before packing, and we share photographs with you so you can see the goods before they leave the factory. Inspection documentation can be provided on request.
